# End of week replay

In this meeting, we replay how the week went and share our progress for the week. In this meeting, be ready to share a quick recap or demo of the latest (demos greatly preferred). Think of it as a show and tell of your progress.

For the sake of speed, try to be ready with any demo so that people aren't waiting around for you to get set up.
